Tidak hanya <em>brand<\/em> kita sendiri, <em>social listening <\/em>juga dapat membantu perusahaan untuk menelusuri percakapan orang-orang mengenai <em>brand <\/em>kompetitor. Seperti, mempelajari <em>hashtag <\/em>apa yang digunakan kompetitor baru-baru ini, cara kompetitor merespons pendapat negatif konsumen, hingga topik apa yang digunakan kompetitor untuk menghasilkan banyak respons. Namun perlu diingat, tidak semua hal yang dilakukan kompetitor harus ditiru. Bila pun ada hal baik yang bisa dicontoh, jangan lupa dimodifikasi dengan menyesuaikan <em>core value<\/em>, visi, misi, hingga tujuan <em>brand <\/em>kita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"viewer-2nhra\"><span id=\"2_Analisis_di_Berbagai_Media_Sosial\"><strong>2. Analisis di Berbagai Media Sosial<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-6hf1v\"><em>Social listening<\/em> lebih optimal bila dilakukan di berbagai media sosial. Pasalnya, perilaku konsumen di satu media sosial dengan media sosial lainnya sangat mungkin berbeda. Sebagai contoh, konsumen di Facebook mungkin akan cenderung mengulas soal harga produk yang dikeluarkan <em>brand<\/em>, sedangkan konsumen di Instagram lebih mengulas tentang estetika produk. Semakin banyak media sosial yang dijangkau, semakin kuat pula masukan yang akan diterima <em>brand <\/em>melalui <em>social listening <\/em>tersebut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"viewer-9jtur\"><span id=\"3_Respons_Keadaan_Secara_Real_Time\"><strong>3. Respons Keadaan Secara <em>Real Time<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-bsg1f\">Ketika mendapati percakapan negatif mengenai <em>brand<\/em> saat melakukan <em>social listening<\/em>, satu-satunya langkah yang perlu diambil yakni merespons kondisi tersebut dengan cepat.
