{"id":9814,"date":"2019-10-02T14:17:00","date_gmt":"2019-10-02T07:17:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mediabuffet.co\/?p=9814"},"modified":"2023-04-28T14:19:50","modified_gmt":"2023-04-28T07:19:50","slug":"ukm-lebih-suka-berjualan-di-media-sosial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mediabuffet.co\/id\/press-release\/ukm-lebih-suka-berjualan-di-media-sosial\/","title":{"rendered":"Paxel Buy &amp; Send Insights: UKM Lebih Suka Berjualan di Media Sosial"},"content":{"rendered":"<p id=\"viewer-2sg4f\"><strong>Jakarta, 2 Oktober 2019<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-c7eeo\">Usaha Kecil Menengah Indonesia yang berjualan <em>online<\/em>, ternyata lebih banyak mengandalkan WhatsApp dibandingkan situs<em> e-commerce<\/em> atau <em>marketplace. <\/em>Ini terungkap dalam survei <em>startup <\/em>logistik berbasis teknologi &#8211; <a href=\"http:\/\/paxel.co\/\"><u>Paxel<\/u><\/a>, kepada lebih dari 535 penjual <em>online <\/em>di Indonesia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-im41\">Meski Whatsapp &amp; Instagram jadi pilihan utama para penjual <em>online<\/em>, 87% dari mereka menggunakan lebih dari satu <em>platform <\/em>untuk memasarkan barang dagangannya. Secara berurutan, <em>platform <\/em>yang paling sering digunakan UKM penjual <em>online <\/em>pilihan adalah WhatsApp (84%), Instagram (81%), Shopee (53%), Facebook (36%), disusul dengan Tokopedia (29%) dan Bukalapak (18%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-d7hjn\">Paxel Buy &amp; Send Insights juga menemukan bahwa kepemilikan toko fisik pada era digital tidak lagi relevan. Sebanyak 83% dari penjual <em>online <\/em>tidak memiliki toko fisik sebagai tempat berjualan. Ada sekitar 14% penjual <em>online <\/em>yang pernah memiliki toko fisik, kini telah menutupnya dan beralih sepenuhnya ke toko <em>online<\/em>. Alasan utamanya adalah berjualan <em>online <\/em>mendatangkan pemasukan lebih tinggi, sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman, dapat menekan biaya <em>overhead<\/em>, dan merasa berjualan <em>offline <\/em>lebih menyulitkan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-d94pm\">Bahkan, 66% penjual <em>online <\/em>merasa pendapatan dari berjualan <em>online <\/em>sudah lebih tinggi daripada ketika dulu berjualan lewat toko fisik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-9dklp\"><em>\u201cUKM di Indonesia terus berubah, dan sekarang kita harus lebih mengerti mereka ketimbang sepuluh tahun lalu. Makanya Paxel<\/em> <em>Buy &amp; Send Insights ini dibuat untuk mengetahui karakter UKM penjual online saat ini. Apa yang penting dan tidak penting bagi mereka, bagaimana mereka memasarkan dan sampai mengirim barang dagangannya ke konsumen,\u201d <\/em>ungkap COO Paxel Zaldy Ilham Masita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-896t1\">Dalam survei Paxel Buy &amp; Send Insights juga terungkap bahwa UKM penjual <em>online <\/em>Indonesia saat ini semakin mengandalkan jasa logistik tiba di hari yang sama alias <em>same day delivery. <\/em>Sebanyak 36% penjual <em>online <\/em>merasa kecepatan pengiriman barang lebih penting ketimbang ongkos kirim yang murah. Setelah menggunakan jasa <em>same day delivery,<\/em> 97% penjual <em>online <\/em>mengalami peningkatan <em>volume <\/em>pengiriman barang dagangan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-c5lbr\">Jasa logistik <em>same day delivery <\/em>yang menjadi favorit 75% UKM penjual <em>online <\/em>di Indonesia adalah Paxel, diikuti ojek <em>online<\/em> sebanyak 25%. Jangkauan pengiriman barang <em>same day delivery <\/em>yang bisa menjangkau antarkota menjadi alasan utama, diikuti dengan jelasnya waktu penjemputan, baru diikuti dengan ongkos kirim yang masuk akal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-dfaft\">Salah satu UKM penjual <em>online<\/em> yang mengutamakan kecepatan dan jangkauan pengiriman ketimbang harga yang murah adalah Gabriella Citra, pendiri usaha kuliner <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/mamasakan\/?hl=en\"><u>@mamasakan<\/u><\/a>. <em>\u201cBagi UKM seperti Mamasakan, sangat penting makanan yang kami kirim cepat sampai, apalagi bisa keluar kota. Begitu makan sampai ditujuan, saya bisa segera terima uang penjualan dan bisa berbelanja lebih cepat dari biasanya. Survei ini melibatkan 535 UKM penjual <em>online <\/em>di Indonesia, pada rentang waktu 29 Juli sampai 4 Agustus 2019. Satu dari dua UKM penjual <em>online <\/em>yang disurvei adalah penjual makanan yang selama ini mengandalkan jasa logistik <em>same day delivery<\/em> seperti Paxel.
