Fenomena ini disebut sebagai <em>blanding,<\/em> alih-alih berlomba untuk menjadi lebih menonjol, berbagai <em>brand <\/em>mengubah logo mereka menjadi lebih <em>simple<\/em> dan minimalis sehingga bisa lebih berbaur dengan para <em>brand <\/em>lain di industrinya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-b5gsu\">Salah satu contoh <em>blanding<\/em> yang paling jelas dapat kita lihat di industri <em>fashion<\/em>. Merek-merek <em>high end <\/em>seperti Yves Saint Laurent, Balenciaga, Burberry, dan Balmain mengganti logo lama mereka yang khas dan unik, dengan <em>font<\/em> berjenis \u201csans-serif\u201d yang tidak jauh berbeda dengan merek <em>high end fashion <\/em>lainnya. Bahkan Yves Saint Laurent juga memperpendek nama <em>brand <\/em>mereka menjadi Saint Laurent saat melakukan proses <em>blanding <\/em>ini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.wixstatic.com\/media\/7aa4f0_d90179816b26438ca37a6f93891cb449~mv2.jpeg\/v1\/fill\/w_700,h_393,al_c,lg_1,q_80,enc_auto\/7aa4f0_d90179816b26438ca37a6f93891cb449~mv2.jpeg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-a0pib\"><em>(source: businessoffashion.com)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-lc5j\">Di tengah ramainya <em>brand <\/em>yang melakukan <em>blanding <\/em>terhadap logonya<em>, <\/em>fenomena ini juga menuai berbagai kritikan. Mereka yang kontra dengan hal ini, rata-rata menyatakan bahwa <em>brand <\/em>akan kehilangan identitas dan ciri khas yang telah dibangun selama puluhan tahun. Sehingga tidak dapat dipungkiri jika <em>smartphone <\/em>dan internet kini menjadi bagian dari kehidupan masyarakat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-ddtgv\"><em>Smartphone <\/em>digunakan masyarakat untuk melakukan berbagai kegiatan, mulai dari mendapatkan dan memberi informasi, mencari hiburan, hingga melakukan transaksi jual beli. Hal inilah yang menjadi salah satu alasan utama <em>brand <\/em>memutuskan melakukan <em>blanding. <\/em>Bukan hanya memudahkan pengguna untuk bisa melihat tampilan logo dengan lebih jelas, tetapi juga membuat kualitas ukuran gambar menjadi sesuai dengan ukuran masing-masing <em>smartphone.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"viewer-9i018\"><span id=\"Logo_yang_simple_terlihat_lebih_modern_dan_serbaguna\"><strong>Logo yang <em>simple<\/em> terlihat lebih modern dan serbaguna<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-15ki7\">Ketika logo sebuah <em>brand <\/em>memiliki detail dan skema warna yang rumit, maka logo tersebut menjadi kurang serbaguna dan seringkali juga menurunkan efektivitasnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-3g6bv\">Secara digital, mungkin logo tersebut terlihat bagus, namun hasilnya akan kurang maksimal jika dicetak, di bordir, atau diperkecil. Banyaknya<em> platform <\/em>media sosial yang harus dikelola, membuat <em>brand <\/em>harus berusaha menampilkan visual yang sesuai dengan format dari masing-masing platformnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-couq2\">Gaya visual yang cocok untuk Instagram belum tentu akan cocok jika digunakan di platform lain seperti Twitter atau Facebook.
