{"id":9763,"date":"2020-07-16T12:53:00","date_gmt":"2020-07-16T05:53:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mediabuffet.co\/?p=9763"},"modified":"2023-04-28T12:56:19","modified_gmt":"2023-04-28T05:56:19","slug":"tokotalk-solusi-umkm","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mediabuffet.co\/id\/press-release\/tokotalk-solusi-umkm\/","title":{"rendered":"Coba Bertahan dari Pandemi Covid-19, UMKM Kini Beralih ke Toko Online"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-ims\"><strong>Jakarta, 16 Juli 2020<\/strong> &#8211; Pandemi Covid-19 yang dibarengi dengan pembatasan sosial berskala besar di banyak daerah, ternyata mempercepat perubahan usaha mikro, kecil, menengah (UMKM) dari berjualan<em> offline<\/em> menjadi <em>online<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-43rg4\">Data dari<em> startup<\/em> <em>e-commerce website builder<\/em> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tokotalk.com\/about-us\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">TokoTalk<\/a> menunjukkan bahwa pada April hingga Juni 2020, jumlah UMKM yang mendaftar di <em>platform<\/em>-nya dan mulai membuat <em>website<\/em> meningkat sebesar 38 persen. Dari UMKM yang mendaftar, Jabodetabek memiliki jumlah terbesar yaitu 29 persen dari jumlah keseluruhan, disusul dengan Jawa Timur 15 persen dan Jawa Barat sebanyak 12 persen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-34v3r\">Salah satu pelaku UMKM yang harus beralih dari toko <em>offline <\/em>menjadi <em>online<\/em> lewat dengan membuat<em> website <\/em>adalah Erick, manajer cabang dari <a href=\"https:\/\/tokoorganic.shop\/home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Toko Organic<\/a> yang sebelumnya berjualan berbagai macam produk organik lewat gerai dan toko fisik di mall yang ada di Bandung dan Tangerang. Erick bercerita, pandemi Covid-19 memaksa kedua gerai dan tokonya tutup sehingga tidak ada penjualan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-6p1d4\">\u201c<em>Malah sampai sudah <\/em>new normal<em> berlaku, toko kami masih masih kewalahan karena para karyawan tidak bisa bekerja penuh seperti dulu,\u201d<\/em> ujar Erick. Padahal, ia melihat tingginya permintaan konsumen pada toko<em> online<\/em>-nya, khususnya produk kesehatan seperti suplemen, <em>booster <\/em>imun, dan madu. Rupanya semenjak pandemi, konsumen jadi lebih sadar akan kesehatan dan lebih sering mencari informasi dan mengedukasi diri sendiri tentang cara hidup sehat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-2f4ui\">Merasa bahwa berjualan <em>online <\/em>menjadi kunci untuk bertahan di masa pandemi, Erick memaksimalkan penjualan <a href=\"https:\/\/tokoorganic.shop\/home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Toko Organic<\/a> lewat <em>online<\/em> di<em> platform <\/em>TokoTalk. <em>\u201cBuat pelaku usaha seperti kami, penting dapat support dari platform yang gampang cara pakainya seperti TokoTalk. Kami bisa langsung pakai dan tidak perlu lagi habiskan waktu untuk training admin dan karyawan. Lebih dari itu, penjualan kami juga meningkat semenjak fokus berjualan di TokoTalk,\u201d<\/em> tambah Erick<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-rc7s\">Sejak adanya pandemi Covid-19, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tokotalk.com\/about-us\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">TokoTalk<\/a> melihat semakin banyak UMKM yang mau tidak mau harus melakukan transformasi digital, mengubah cara berjualan dan bertransaksi menjadi <em>online<\/em> untuk tetap bisa mengakomodir perubahan perilaku konsumen. <em>\u201cPelaku UMKM Indonesia kan terkenal pantang menyerah.
