Sadar atau tidak, kamu akan melalui beberapa proses seperti memilih Brand yang tepat, melakukan berbagai pertimbangan dari harga sampai review pembeli lain ditelan semua, hingga akhirnya membeli baju baru yang kamu pengen sejak duit gajian udah cair. Perjalanan itulah yang disebut <em>funneling<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-1ocpf\">Pada dasarnya, <em>funneling <\/em>terdiri dari empat tahapan dasar, <em>Awareness <\/em>(kesadaran), <em>Interest <\/em>(ketertarikan), <em>Decision <\/em>(Keputusan), dan <em>Action <\/em>(tindakan).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"viewer-6vguu\"><span id=\"Awareness_kesadaran\"><strong><em>Awareness (kesadaran)<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-12vm\">Sekarang bayangin kalau kamu adalah pemilik Brand baju di atas. Untuk menjalani tahap pertama ini, kamu harus menghadirkan produk yang ingin kamu jual ke khalayak ramai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-1hq5e\">Sebarkan melalui sosial media. Siapkan budget dan lakukan <em>placement <\/em>di <em>platform <\/em>yang sesuai dengan segmen yang kamu tuju. Tunjukkan kepada netizen kalau produk kamu siap untuk dibeli, dan jangan lupa dibalut dengan pesan yang <em>valuable <\/em>dan bisa beresonansi dengan calon konsumen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"viewer-45ceo\"><span id=\"Interest_Ketertarikan\"><strong><em>Interest (Ketertarikan)<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-admcp\">Apabila <em>funnel <\/em>pertama dieksekusi dengan baik, maka akan muncul ketertarikan dari beberapa calon konsumen yang <em>notice <\/em>kehadiran produk dari Brand yang kamu miliki.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-7p266\">Kamu bisa mempertahankan rasa ketertarikan ini dengan kualitas produk yang kamu tawarkan. Tidak hanya produk, \u2018toko\u2019 yang kamu punya juga harus menarik. \u2018Toko\u2019 yang dimaksud adalah Website, atau akun sosial media dari Brand yang kamu miliki.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"viewer-6fee2\"><span id=\"Decision_Keputusan\"><strong><em>Decision (Keputusan)<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-batcj\">Di tahap ini, calon konsumen sudah ingin membeli produk nih. Kini mereka sedang memandangi saldo Mobile Banking mereka cukup lama, sembari meratapi kondisi keuangan di akhir bulan nanti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-3r3q\">Tapi semua keraguan tersebut akan buyar, kalau produk kamu memang se-<em>valuable <\/em>itu buat mereka. Apalagi kalau kamu ramah terhadap pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang mereka tanyakan di kolom chat toko online kamu. Tunggu apa lagi? Calon konsumen akhirnya membeli produk yang kamu tawarkan. Kini mereka adalah konsumen, bukan lagi \u2018calon konsumen\u2019. Tahap <em>funnel <\/em>terakhir ini adalah mimpi indah para pelaku bisnis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-cuuiu\">Kalau produk sudah laku, jangan lupa berterima kasih kepada mereka yang sudah memilih produk kamu. Jaga hubungan baik dengan mereka dengan menawarkan promo-promo menarik, atau bisa juga memberikan <em>loyalty rewards <\/em>terhadap pembeli yang melakukan <em>repeat order<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"viewer-2pcdp\"><span id=\"Kenapa_Harus_Paham_Funneling_Apakah_ada_opsi_strategi_lainnya\"><strong>Kenapa Harus Paham <em>Funneling<\/em>? Apakah ada opsi strategi lainnya?<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-eh3gb\">Ada alasan kenapa strategi ini disebut <em>funnel <\/em>atau corong. Karena ibarat corong yang memiliki ujung yang kian menyempit, <em>funneling <\/em>ini dapat digunakan untuk menganalisa konversi <em>lead to sales <\/em>dari strategi yang kamu lakukan. Contohnya, apabila di awal ada 1000 orang yang <em>aware <\/em>sama produk kamu, bisa saja hanya 50 orang yang akhirnya mencapai tahapan <em>action, <\/em>yang akhirnya membeli produk kamu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-enscn\">Dengan memahami <em>funneling<\/em>, maka kamu bisa paham di tahap mana para calon konsumen tidak jadi membeli produk kamu. Ini bisa jadi modal untuk bahan evaluasi untuk perkembangan strategi pemasaran kamu kedepannya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-f60bi\"><em>Funneling <\/em>bukanlah satu-satunya strategi yang dapat kamu gunakan untuk mencapai penjualan.
