Digital PR merupakan gabungan dari strategi PR tradisional dengan Digital Marketing. Keuntungan dari implementasi Digital PR ini adalah\u00a0meningkatkan traffic website secara organik, menciptakan brand image secara positif di lingkup digital, hingga memperluas brand awareness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kerap kali Digital PR disalah artikan sebagai menggunakan sosial media untuk mengamplifikasi kegiatan PR. Garis besar dari kesalahan ini adalah strategi PR tidak dijalankan secara beriringan dengan penggunaan sosial media. Contoh kesalahan tersebut diantaranya konversi press conference offline menjadi online hingga mengupload press release dengan forman thread di Twitter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kali ini, saya akan memaparkan studi kasus Digital PR yang tepat dari Shell Indonesia dan IdScore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"toc_container\" class=\"no_bullets\"><p class=\"toc_title\">Daftar Isi:<\/p><ul class=\"toc_list\"><li><a href=\"#Studi_Kasus_Digital_PR_dengan_Shell_DO\"><span class=\"toc_number toc_depth_1\">1<\/span> Studi Kasus Digital PR dengan Shell DO<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#IdScore_Menempati_Peringkat_1_Google\"><span class=\"toc_number toc_depth_1\">2<\/span> IdScore Menempati Peringkat 1 Google<\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span id=\"Studi_Kasus_Digital_PR_dengan_Shell_DO\">Studi Kasus <strong>Digital PR dengan Shell DO<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Salah satu unit bisnis Shell Indonesia, Shell Dealer-Owned, mengalami dampak positif dari penerapan Digital PR. Sebelumnya mereka bekerja dengan PR agency asal Amerika Serikat dengan strategi menyebar press release 2x per bulan dan melakukan event di tiap bulannya. Dampaknya yakni <a href=\"https:\/\/mediabuffet.co\/id\/education\/tingkatkan-website-traffic-digital-pr\/\">traffic website<\/a> mereka meningkat, namun konversi yang dihasilkan untuk mengundang investor berinvestasi dengan SPBU Shell tidak sebanding dengan effort yang dilakukan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Media Buffet PR mengaudit situasi yang terjadi dengan Shell Indonesia. Disini, Media Buffet PR menemukan bahwa Shell DO sangat lemah akan presensi mereka di lingkup digital. Salah satunya adalah user experience yang rumit sehingga menyulitkan calon investor dalam mempelajari konsep dari program kemitraan ini. Media Buffet PR merancang taktik Digital PR bagi Shell DO, salah satunya dengan mengoptimalisasi website mereka melalui press release SEO friendly. Terbukti bahwa website Shell DO berada di page 1 Google dalam kurun waktu 1 tahun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Digital PR tidak hanya mengenai konten yang dibuat secara daring dan optimalisasi SEO. Di sini, Media Buffet PR mencoba mengkombinasikan Digital PR dengan komunitas. Shell DO mengenalkan program ini kepada komunitas yang menjadi target market mereka diantaranya komunitas pengusaha dan komunitas otomotif. Terbukti, ketika pandemi, investor program kemitraan Shell DO meningkat lebih banyak dari biasanya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-idscore-menempati-peringkat-1-google\"><span id=\"IdScore_Menempati_Peringkat_1_Google\"><strong>IdScore Menempati Peringkat 1 Google<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Lain halnya dengan IdScore. Minimnya pengetahuan publik akan credit scoring menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi IdScore. Bahkan ketika baru merintis, belum banyak kompetitor yang mempunyai jasa serupa IdScore. Hal ini menjadi salah satu faktor mengapa begitu sulit menemukan website IdScore ketika mengetik \u201cskor kredit\u201d pada Google Search.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ada beberapa hal yang dilakukan oleh Media Buffet PR dalam mengatasi problem ini. Mereka mengoptimalisasi seluruh digital platform milik IdScore seperti website dan sosial media dan SEO, community, influencer, ketiganya bersamaan dengan PR tradisional. Kolaborasi tersebut menghasilkan dampak yang luar biasa untuk IdScore. Salah satunya, website mereka muncul dalam page 1 Google Search selama 6 bulan dengan 5 kata kunci berbeda.
