Karena seperti yang sedang beredar luas di pemberitaan dan media sosial, salah satu bidang kementerian RI nampaknya berhasil menunjukkan kepada rakyat Indonesia apa itu definisi dari ironi. Hmm, sepertinya mereka akan butuh bantuan digital PR Agency setempat ya untuk meredam <em><a href=\"https:\/\/mediabuffet.co\/id\/education\/kompetitor-dilanda-krisis-pr-eits-jangan-senang-dulu\/\"><u>crisis <\/u><\/a><\/em><u><a href=\"https:\/\/mediabuffet.co\/id\/education\/kompetitor-dilanda-krisis-pr-eits-jangan-senang-dulu\/\">PR<\/a><\/u> ini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-3a0vi\">Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika (Kominfo) lagi-lagi bikin blunder. Kali ini terkait model komunikasi kementerian tersebut dalam merespon dugaan kebocoran 1,3 miliar data registrasi SIM Card Indonesia di situs komunitas hacker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"toc_container\" class=\"no_bullets\"><p class=\"toc_title\">Daftar Isi:<\/p><ul class=\"toc_list\"><li><a href=\"#Komunikasi_Tanpa_Strategi\"><span class=\"toc_number toc_depth_1\">1<\/span> Komunikasi Tanpa Strategi<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#Ironi_dari_Mulut_Seorang_Menteri\"><span class=\"toc_number toc_depth_1\">2<\/span> Ironi dari Mulut Seorang Menteri<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#Menyiram_Bensin_untuk_Memadamkan_Api\"><span class=\"toc_number toc_depth_1\">3<\/span> Menyiram Bensin untuk Memadamkan Api<\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"viewer-crasa\"><span id=\"Komunikasi_Tanpa_Strategi\"><strong>Komunikasi Tanpa Strategi<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-ca856\">Awalnya, Kominfo merespon isu tersebut dengan mengeluarkan <a href=\"https:\/\/techno.okezone.com\/read\/2022\/09\/01\/54\/2658910\/respons-kominfo-soal-1-3-miliar-data-pendaftaran-kartu-sim-bocor\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong><u>Siaran Pers<\/u><\/strong><\/a> yang dikutip media pada Kamis, 1 September 2022. Terdapat beberapa poin penting dalam siaran pers tersebut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-76dl8\">Pertama, Kominfo menyatakan akan melakukan penelusuran internal terkait isu kebocoran data SIM Card, dan hasilnya Kominfo menyatakan tidak memiliki aplikasi yang menyimpan data registrasi SIM Card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-6fb05\">Kedua, Kominfo menyatakan data yang dijual tersebut bukan berasal dari Kominfo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-e43ol\">Dan ketiga, Kominfo akan menelusuri lebih lanjut terkait kebocoran data tersebut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-8k4n\">Jika mengacu model komunikasi <a href=\"https:\/\/study.com\/learn\/lesson\/lasswells-model-of-communication-overview.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong><u>Harold Lasswell<\/u><\/strong><\/a>, ada beberapa tahapan dalam strategi komunikasi, yaitu <em>who<\/em>, <em>said what<\/em>, <em>in which channel<\/em>, <em>to whom<\/em>, dan <em>with what effect.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-bub34\">Langkah awal Kominfo merespon isu kebocoran data SIM Card melalui media Siaran Pers sudah benar. Sayangnya, pernyataan tentang \u2018tidak memiliki aplikasi yang menyimpan data registrasi SIM Card\u201d justru menghasilkan efek yang berlawanan dari masyarakat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-90a3q\">Bukannya mendapat jawaban, justru masyarakat makin bertanya-tanya. Jadi di mana sebenarnya data-data pribadi kita saat registrasi SIM Card tersimpan?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"viewer-ag5p0\"><span id=\"Ironi_dari_Mulut_Seorang_Menteri\"><strong>Ironi dari Mulut Seorang Menteri<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-cjvrl\">Blunder berikutnya adalah pernyataan Menteri Kominfo Johnny G. Plate di sela-sela pertemuan G20 di The Westin Resort, Nusa Dua, Bali pada Sabtu, 3 September 2022 kepada wartawan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-7ges2\">Dalam tahapan \u201cwho\u201d atau \u201cSiapa yang berbicara\u201d di model komunikasi Lasswell, Menteri Jhonny sebenarnya sudah memenuhi kriteria sebagai spokesperson yang paling berwenang untuk berbicara di depan media massa. Namun blunder muncul dari apa yang ia katakan (<em>Said what<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-8moti\">Di depan media massa, Johnny mengatakan &#8220;<em>One time password <\/em>itu harus selalu kita ganti sehingga kita bisa menjaga agar data kita tidak diterobos,&#8221; ujar Johnny Plate saat ditemui di The Westin Resort, Nusa Dua, Bali pada Sabtu, 3 September 2022, seperti yang dikutip <a href=\"https:\/\/bisnis.tempo.co\/read\/1630039\/kebocoran-data-pribadi-terjadi-lagi-johnny-plate-masyarakat-harus-sering-ganti-password\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong><u>Tempo.co.<\/u><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-bgs8q\">Pernyataan tersebut semakin membuat masyarakat mempertanyakan kompetensi dan kredibilitas Johnny, karena sebagai menteri yang mengurusi bidang informatika ia tidak mengerti apa itu \u201c<em>One Time Password<\/em>\u201d atau OTP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-ee95b\">Model komunikasi yang buruk dari Kominfo ternyata tidak berhenti pada pernyataan Johnny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"viewer-c3ks7\"><span id=\"Menyiram_Bensin_untuk_Memadamkan_Api\"><strong>Menyiram Bensin untuk Memadamkan Api<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-6fagc\">Pada Senin 5 September 2022, Direktorat Jenderal Aplikasi Informatika (Ditjen Aptika) Kominfo, Semuel Abrijani, mengadakan konferensi pers dan mengeluarkan pernyataan, &#8220;(Pesan untuk hacker). ya, kalau bisa jangan nyerang lah. Karena tiap kali kebocoran data yang dirugikan ya masyarakat, kan itu perbuatan <em>illegal access<\/em>,&#8221; jawab pria yang akrab disapa Semmy itu saat ditanya wartawan mengenai pesan yang ingin disampaikan ke hacker, seperti dikutip dari <a href=\"https:\/\/tekno.kompas.com\/read\/2022\/09\/06\/17490987\/pesan-balasan-hacker-untuk-kominfo-stop-being-an-idiot?page=all\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong><u>Kompas.com<\/u><\/strong><\/a><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-3etm4\">Seakan menyulut lagi api yang sudah membara, pernyataan tersebut langsung direspon oleh Bjorka, akun hacker yang membocorkan dan menjual data 1,3 miliar registrasi SIM Card pelanggan seluler di Indonesia itu. Dalam sebuah utas di Breached Forums, Bjorka menulis judul &#8220;My Message to Indonesian Government&#8221; (pesan saya untuk pemerintah Indonesia).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-dfp5h\">\u201cStop being an idiot!\u201d Tulis Bjorka sambil melampirkan screenshot pemberitaan pernyataan Semmy di media. Ini jadi sindiran telak untuk Kominfo: masa hacker nggak boleh meretas!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-9lr39\">Alih-alih fokus untuk mencari solusi atas kebocoran data SIM Card, Menteri Johnny malah terpancing meladeni komentar Bjorka dengan mengajak masyarakat tidak ikut terprovokasi dengan kata-kata yang dilontarkan hacker tersebut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-773t4\">&#8220;Marilah kita sama-sama gunakan terminologi sesuai budaya kita sesuai dengan etika universal yang diterima secara hukum,&#8221; katanya seperti dikutip dari <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnnindonesia.com\/teknologi\/20220908081517-192-844884\/menteri-kominfo-balas-komentar-idiot-hacker-bjorka\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong><u>CNN Indonesia.<\/u><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-8005c\">Sangat disayangkan, sebagai salah satu Government Public Relation (GPR), Kominfo seperti tidak memiliki model komunikasi yang baik dalam mengatasi krisis.
