Itu salah satu strategi komunikasi yang mereka terapkan untuk mengekspresikan pesan mereka. Selama bertahun-tahun, BTS terlibat dalam kolaborasi dengan beberapa brand, entah itu makanan, kosmetik, aplikasi messenger, atau bahkan dengan musisi papan atas Amerika Serikat. Kolaborasi juga dilakukan oleh Blackpink dengan menggaet brand minuman hits Starbucks dan mengajak Selena Gomez untuk ambil bagian di lagu \u201c<em>Ice Cream<\/em>\u201d yang dirilis pertengahan tahun 2020. Jenis kolaborasi seperti ini otomatis melambungkan nama dan wajah masing-masing anggota grup ke dalam target pasar yang belum pernah terpenetrasi sebelumnya. Media sosial pun juga jadi sarana penggemar &#8220;mengagungkan&#8221; cinta pada <em>boyband<\/em> dan <em>girlband<\/em> K-pop idola mereka. Para penggemar setia grup band tersebut juga terampil dalam menyebarkan informasi terbaru kepada teman-teman sejawat mereka lewat berbagai macam acara dan terlibat dalam strategi publikasi konten dan penjualan <em>merchandise. <\/em>Terbukti, strategi digital marketing yang melibatkan komunitas di dunia maya membuat pesan dapat tersebar luas dengan mudahnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-mengenal-audiens\"><span id=\"Mengenal_Audiens\"><strong>Mengenal Audiens<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pada dasarnya, langkah awal dari strategi komunikasi adalah mengenali pasar, dengan cara membentuk persona. Persona sendiri merupakan suatu bentuk representasi dari pengguna produk atau layanan kita. Kenali dan pahami persona audiens, usia mereka, kebiasaan, kesukaan, sampai media sosial yang sering dipakai. Dari pesona itulah strategi komunikasi dibangun. Tiap anggota grup band Kpop rajin berinteraksi dengan fans nya di media sosial, dengan menjawab komentar, share kegiatan sehari-hari mereka, dan <em>streaming <\/em>langsung melalui V-Live atau sejenisnya. Mereka membangun hubungan sosial dengan penggemar yang memvalidasi perjuangan sehari-hari sambil mendiskusikan musik sampai acara baru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-jeli-melihat-peluang\"><span id=\"Jeli_Melihat_Peluang\"><strong>Jeli Melihat Peluang<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Suksesnya K-Pop tidak terlepas dari kejelian dalam melihat peluang di lapangan.
