Jakarta, July 21, 2021 – As it marks its 24th anniversary on July 21, 2021, PT Mandala Multifinance Tbk. (MFIN) is unveiling a new logo as a symbol of its commitment to meeting customer needs and enhancing customer satisfaction. The new Mandala Finance logo features a more modern and dynamic design, reflecting the company’s spirit of growing together with its customers, and is enhanced by the colors blue, yellow, red, and white, each carrying its own philosophical meaning. The predominance of blue symbolizes stability and intelligence; the yellow element symbolizes optimism; the red hue represents strength; and the white color embodies honesty and humility. This new identity is part of Mandala Finance’s effort to become more relatable and memorable to the public.
Mandala Finance CEO Harryjanto Lasmana explained that this logo change reflects Mandala Finance’s enthusiasm and optimism in becoming the best and leading financing company that always prioritizes customer needs. Through a deep understanding of its customers, the company is committed to consistently providing solutions tailored to their needs at every stage of their lives. “We want to continue growing alongside the Indonesian people so that we can help improve their quality of life. We achieve this by providing better service through credible transformations in our work processes. Customers are always our top priority in everything we do,” he added.
The current COVID-19 pandemic has brought challenges and changes, including for the financing industry. One such challenge is the limited mobility of the public, which makes it difficult to apply for financing products in person. This has necessitated a transformation of financing services to make them more modern and aligned with customer needs.
Mandala Finance’s work process transformation is realized through the digitization of financing via the multifunctional Mantis app. The front-end financing digitization provided by Mantis runs in tandem with conventional market penetration and education efforts, even reaching remote areas of Indonesia.
This digitization process also makes it easier for prospective customers to apply for and obtain financing amid the pandemic. The entire process is carried out more quickly and effectively online, without the need to visit a branch office or submit physical copies of documents. In other words, this change represents Mandala’s effort to improve customer Satisfaction, Loyalty, and Engagement (SLE). To date, the Mantis app has been downloaded by more than 10,000 users, and it is expected to serve an even larger portion of the Indonesian population.
